The expert will be required to submit to the ILO for validation by the project and the CMCAN and the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education and Training the following deliverables:  Deliverable 1: Inception report including a note methodological Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: - Support the CMCAN team and the Ministry of Technical and Professional Education and Training in updating the training programs for the leather goods, tannery and bootmaking sections (the trade reference, the skills reference, the training reference (program of studies) for each specialty, the educational guide (help document for teachers), the evaluation framework (guide) for each specialty and the curriculum implementation guide - implementation guide). - Re-examine and update the modules existing, in light of the evolution of professions and dynamics of the leather and skins sector, but also to identify and develop new modules in order to meet the emerging needs of the labor market. - Adapt English and mathematics courses and French in the context.- Train CMCAN trainers on the training process and engineering according to the APC as well as on the use of the various corresponding guides and standards.- Organize a training session for the benefit of the team training of CMCAN and the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education and Training on APC (process, training engineering, educational engineering, implementation, use of curricula, evaluation, etc.)
