The Representation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in the Republic of Niger in Niamey, invites approved suppliers, qualified in the field of fuel supply and in good standing with the public administration of the Niger, to submit their offers for the establishment of one or more framework agreements for the supply and delivery of fuel (diesel and gasoline) to UNHCR and other agencies of the United Nations system.
