- The market specialist must have the following profile: Higher Studies: (Bac+5/Master 2), in engineering, public administration, management, law, economy or any similar diploma of equivalent level; Additional training in advance de markets would be an asset; professional experience of at least five years (05) in the area of markets for projects or development programs funded by donors. An experience of two (2) years internationally, that is to say in a country other than that of the consultants origin or residence would be an asset.
