• Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Provider (Ngo) for the Implementation of the Health Capacity Building Plan of the Reproduction The overall objective of the mission is to ensure the implementation of the “strengthening project capacities in reproductive health” entitled “Contributing to improving reproductive health in the Kandadji Dam area with a view to accelerating the capture of the demographic dividend and the fight against discrimination within the framework of the P-KRESMIN”.; Thus, the services provided for under this contract are specifically the following: Carry out the annual operational planning of the project with a detailed budget, Develop the work plan and the annual budget within the defined deadlines; Develop innovative and effective strategies and methods to achieve the project results; Ensure the mobilization of technical services and other service providers to provide the technical support and capacity building required for the various actors and actresses; Ensure the accountability of the project to the various stakeholders; Ensure communication and visibility on the project; Produce periodic reports of project activities Produce monitoring, evaluation and capitalization data; Produce the terms of reference for each specific activity; Facilitate the meetings and missions of the gender action plan monitoring committee; Ensure the coordination and management of the Project. Ensure that women derive maximum benefit from all components of the Kandadji Dam Project by making effective the complementarity between various interventions. As such, the service provider is expected to: the annual operational planning of the project with a detailed budget is regularly developed, the work plan and the annual budget are available within the defined deadlines; the project was implemented through innovative strategies and methods and that have made it possible to achieve the results the various actors and actresses benefit adequately from the technical support and the necessary capacity building on the part of the technical services and other service providers; the accountability of the project to the various stakeholders is effective; communication and visibility on the project are done effectively; periodic reports of project activities are available on time allotted monitoring, evaluation and capitalization data are produced to the satisfaction the monitoring-evaluation system; the terms of reference for each specific activity are regularly elaborate; the meetings and missions of the gender action plan monitoring committee are effective; Project coordination and management are effective. women derive maximum benefit from all components of the Project Kandadji dam through the complementarity between various interventions
