• Tenders are invited for The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev) is launching a call for expressions of interest (AMI) for the acquisition of Recruitment services from a consulting firm responsible for the conceptualization and implementation place of the Monitoring-Evaluation (M&E) mechanism of the 4th Indicative Cooperation Program (PIC IV) and of a system of capitalization / strategic analysis throughout the duration of the CIP on behalf of the various programs of the CIP IV financed with funds from the governments of Niger and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
