Description:
The services provided for this contract include, among other things, the following services: update the manual of administrative, accounting and financial procedures by integrating all the procedures relating to markets within the framework of the use of funds granted by the African Development Bank (BAD) and Niger. Analyze the context of implementation of the P2-P2RS and propose guidelines for a procedure manual guaranteeing the economy and efficiency in the acquisitions to be made and whose principles call to competition, transparency and equality for all tenderers to compete in obtaining the markets. Actualize the manual of administrative, accounting and financial procedures while integrating all the procedures relating to the passing of the markets within the of the use of funds granted by the AfDB and Niger. FINALIZE the procedure manual taking into account the amendments from the validation workshop.
