- The services provided for this contract include the support for the MAG in the design of the creation, installation and operationalization document as well as the business plan of the Center of Excellence in Kollo. Monitoring the progress of the study will be provided by a technical committee set up by the MAG. The Technical Monitoring Committee will examine the methodological note, the stage report and the provisional report to be subject to the validation workshop.
