The services provided for this contract include: the production of annual E&S performance audit reports of the years 2024, 2025 and 2026 which will be approved by the project and the BAD; These reports will bring out information on the level of conformity and the environmental and social performance of the project, in relation to the laws and regulations in force in Niger as well as the requirements of the financing agreements with the BAD: the development of Action for correction of non-conformities and insufficiency for the exercises concerned and proposal of corrective and preventive measures in order to improve the efficiency and efficiency and optimization of the results of the project; the identification of the good practices and lessons and lessons to be drawn; the formulation of recommendations;
