Tenders are invited for Financial and Accounting Audit (Fiscal Years 2021, 2022, 2023) and Audit of Acquisitions (Combined Fiscal Years 2021- 2022) - Adrifi The services provided under this contract include:  The financial and accounting audit of the ADRiFi program. The objective of the audit of the Project's accounts is to enable the auditor to express an independent professional opinion on the financial situation of the project and to ensure that the resources made available to the project are used for the purposes for which they were granted. The audit of the project will be carried out in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) or the International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI) issued by the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) or national accounting standards when these are deemed acceptable by the Bank.  The purpose of the procurement audit is to: (i) verify compliance and execution of procurement procedures and contract management with regard to the provisions of the Financing Agreement (FA) and as they included in the last approved Procurement Plan; (ii) check the physical and technical conformity of outputs with respect to the disbursement rate; and (iii) review the capacity of the Executing Agency (EA) to fulfill its fiduciary mandate [Disclaimer: The above text is machine translated.
