The application file must include: · A methodological note; · A proposed work plan; · A detailed budget with and without taxes; · A CV of the consultant and/or the team he or she will be working with; · The contact of 3 reference persons who can attest to the realization of similar work: telephone number and email address. Consultant selection process · Administrative criteria (eliminatory) · Legal documents of the service provider in his country of origin · Tax identification number (NIF). · Registration in the commercial register (RCCM) · Consultant's identity document; · RIB ; · Certificate of tax regularity; · Certificate of contributory situation (Social coverage and retirement).
